Trust
The vehicle is the easy part. What separates a chauffeured journey from a ride-hail booking is the person driving it — how they were vetted, how they were trained, and how they behave when a flight lands four hours late. This is the standard every SUV.LIMO chauffeur is held to, in every city.
01
Identity verification, right-to-work confirmation, full licence history and a criminal record check appropriate to the jurisdiction. Anyone with a disqualification, a pattern of serious driving offences or an unexplained gap in licensing is not onboarded.
02
Chauffeurs hold the private hire or commercial passenger badge required locally, plus any medical certification the authority mandates. Licences are re-verified annually and a lapsed badge removes the chauffeur from dispatch automatically.
03
Defensive driving, smooth-ride technique, luggage handling, airport and cruise-port procedure, executive etiquette and confidentiality. Armored assignments require additional security-driving certification.
04
Arrive 10 minutes early. Business dress. Vehicle clean, fuelled and climate-set. Door opened, luggage loaded, route confirmed. Conversation only if the passenger opens it — silence is the default, not a failure of service.
05
Every completed journey can be rated by the client. Chauffeurs are reviewed on punctuality, presentation and passenger feedback; repeated service failures end the assignment relationship.
Chauffeurs do not discuss passengers, itineraries or conversations overheard in the cabin. For sensitive movements we can assign a consistent chauffeur across a trip, and non-disclosure agreements can be put in place at account level before travel.
If a chauffeur has driven you well, note their name in your booking and we will request them where availability and local licensing allow. Corporate accounts can set a preferred-chauffeur list per traveller.
