This policy explains what personal data SUV Limo collects when you request a quote, make a reservation or use this website, how that data is used and shared, how long it is kept, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to all SUV Limo services in the UK, Ireland, Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East.

1. Who we are

SUV Limo is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at book@suv.limo or through the contact page for any privacy question or request.

2. Data we collect

Reservation details you submit: name, email address, telephone number, company name where given, pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, flight, train or vessel details, passenger and luggage counts, child seat and accessibility requirements, and any notes you add.

Account and billing data for corporate clients: contact person, billing address, VAT or tax number, purchase order references and payment terms.

Payment data: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation, the last four digits and card type. We do not store full card numbers.

Communications: emails, messages and call notes relating to your reservation, and feedback or complaints you send us.

Technical data generated when you use the site: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

To price, confirm and deliver your journey, and to pass the details necessary for the journey to the assigned chauffeur or partner operator — performance of a contract with you.

To contact you about your reservation, send confirmations and respond to enquiries — performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in servicing your booking.

To take payment, invoice corporate accounts and recover unpaid amounts — performance of a contract and legitimate interest.

To keep records required for accounting, tax, insurance, licensing and dispute resolution — legal obligation and legitimate interest.

To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and improve our service — legitimate interest.

To send service updates or marketing where you have asked for them — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

The chauffeur or licensed partner operator fulfilling your journey, limited to what is needed to complete it — typically name, contact number, pickup and drop-off, timing and flight details.

Service providers who host our website, store our data, process payments and send our transactional email, each acting on our instructions under contract.

Airports, ports, hotels and venues where access, meet-and-greet or permits require passenger details.

Authorities, regulators, insurers or legal advisers where we are required to disclose data by law or need to establish or defend a legal claim.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks.

5. International transfers

We operate globally, so reservation details may be transferred to chauffeur partners and service providers outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect it.

6. Retention

Reservation records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet legal, tax, insurance and accounting obligations — normally seven years from the date of the journey — after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Enquiries that do not become reservations are kept for up to 24 months. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.

7. Security

Data is stored on access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit, and available only to staff and partners who need it to perform their role. Back-office access requires an individual account with role-based permissions.

8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and ask for your data in a portable format.

To make a request, contact us at book@suv.limo or through the contact page. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to operate the site, remember your cookie choice and keep signed-in staff sessions working. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

10. Children

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children; details of a child traveling are provided by the adult making the reservation.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above, and material changes will be highlighted here.
