Chauffeured travel is a duty-of-care decision as much as a comfort one. These are the controls we apply before an operator, a chauffeur or a vehicle is allowed to carry a SUV.LIMO passenger, in every market we serve.
Every partner operator holds the licence required to carry passengers for hire in its own jurisdiction — TfL private hire in London, TLC in New York, RTA in Dubai and the local equivalent elsewhere. Licences are checked at onboarding and re-verified on renewal.
Commercial passenger liability cover must be in force on every vehicle assigned to a SUV.LIMO booking, at or above the statutory minimum for the market. Certificates are held on file and evidenced to corporate accounts on request.
Only full-size luxury SUVs are accepted. Vehicles must be within the model-year limit for their market, pass the local roadworthiness inspection, and be presented clean, non-smoking and fully serviced for each assignment. Armored vehicles carry documented B4 or B6 certification.
Card details are captured over an encrypted connection and authorized — not charged — until the trip is completed. Passenger data is used to deliver the journey and is not sold. Journey records are retained for the period required by the account and applicable law.
Any incident affecting a passenger, chauffeur or vehicle is reported to our dispatch team immediately and logged against the booking reference. We arrange a replacement vehicle as the first priority, then review the operator's report before the account is invoiced. Corporate accounts receive a written summary for their own records.
For business travel programs we can supply, on request, the chauffeur assigned, the vehicle registration, the licensing authority, and the timestamped movement record for each journey. This supports traveller-tracking obligations without requiring your team to chase local suppliers.
Armored and guarded work is quoted separately and subject to local law. Where close protection is requested, personnel are licensed in the jurisdiction of travel and route planning is confirmed with your security lead before the movement. We do not undertake work that cannot be delivered lawfully in the destination market.
