How do I book a chauffeured SUV?

Use the booking bar on any page: enter your pickup and drop-off, choose the date and time, pick your SUV class and send the request. You receive a fixed, all-inclusive quote — usually within the hour.

Can I change or cancel my ride?

Confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Cancellations must be sent in writing to book@suv.limo and are effective only once we acknowledge them in writing. Weddings, proms, corporate events, airport transfers, private aviation and intercity journeys require at least 180 days’ written notice; all other services require at least 72 days’ written notice. Later cancellations forfeit all payments. We may allow a booking to be rescheduled at our discretion, subject to availability, new rates and a new cancellation deadline.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight number and adjust the pickup automatically. Waiting time at airports includes 60 free minutes after landing.

Question 4

How will I find my chauffeur?

Accepted Answer

For airport pickups your chauffeur waits inside the terminal at arrivals with a name sign. For all other rides you receive the chauffeur's name, vehicle and phone number before pickup.
