What a fixed all-inclusive chauffeur fare actually includes
Ground transport pricing is where most travel budgets leak, usually through extras added after the journey. A fixed all-inclusive fare removes that by pricing everything up front. This is what is inside the number you are quoted, and the short list of things that can legitimately change it.
Inside the quoted price
Chauffeur time for the planned journey, including the return leg where the vehicle has to reposition. Fuel. All road tolls, bridge and tunnel charges. Congestion and low-emission zone charges. Airport access and parking fees. Local taxes. Gratuity.
Standard wait time is also included: 60 minutes on international arrivals, 30 on domestic, and 15 minutes on an address pickup.
What is never applied
No surge or peak multiplier — a Friday evening airport run costs what a Tuesday morning one costs. No per-mile creep over the estimate. No charge for a delay outside your control, including a late inbound flight or a slow cruise clearance.
What can change the price
Extra stops added after the quote, a materially different destination, a longer hourly hire than booked, or a vehicle class upgrade. Each is quoted before it happens, not billed afterwards. Excess wait time beyond the included allowance is charged in stated increments at a rate shown at booking.
How payment works
Card details are authorized at booking, not charged. The card is captured after the trip is completed, for the agreed amount. Corporate accounts can consolidate onto a single monthly invoice with cost centre and passenger references instead.
