Intercity & Long Distance in Las Vegas, priced up front

Leaving Las Vegas by road is easy to underestimate. Distances are long, summer heat is fierce and Sunday-evening traffic towards Los Angeles can be heavy. We run intercity SUV transfers to California, the canyon and nearby destinations at one fixed price, with a chauffeur who knows the pace of the desert highways.

Where we take you

Las Vegas stays, venues and days out

  • the Las Vegas Convention Center
  • the Strip
  • Allegiant Stadium

During CES and the big conventions Harry Reid Airport limousine staging is controlled and Strip resorts enforce separate rideshare and chauffeur lanes; we use the proper porte-cochère entrance.

Occasions and events in Las Vegas

Los Angeles in about four hours

Interstate 15 through Barstow carries weekend traffic back and forth. Leaving earlier on Friday or later on Sunday cuts delays. The SUV is comfortable for the long run, with space to work, and the chauffeur plans fuel and rest breaks.

Hoover Dam and Lake Mead

The dam is about 45 minutes from the Strip. Visits are popular in the morning before the heat builds. The chauffeur can wait while you tour and take you on to Lake Mead or back to your resort at a pace you choose.

Grand Canyon West

At about two hours fifteen each way, a day at the Skywalk area requires an early start. Hourly hire keeps the same chauffeur with you, and we plan breaks along the way, with water and cool air waiting at each return to the vehicle.

Red Rock and the scenic loop

Red Rock Canyon is about half an hour west, with a timed-entry scenic loop in busy seasons. We help you plan around the reservation, and the chauffeur can combine it with lunch in Summerlin before you return.

Valley of Fire, Zion and the longer circuits

Beyond the usual Hoover Dam and Los Angeles runs, some clients ask for Valley of Fire, about an hour from the Strip, or for Zion National Park, closer to three hours. These days work best as hourly hire with an early start, since the desert midday is hot and the parks are busiest after ten. The chauffeur carries water, plans photograph stops and keeps the cabin cool for every return to the car.

Timing the highway home

The drive back to Las Vegas from the canyon, the dam or Los Angeles has its own rhythm. Sunday evening is the heaviest period from California, while afternoon storms in summer can slow the roads near Henderson. The chauffeur tracks conditions, picks the moment to leave, and calls ahead to the hotel if arrival will be later than planned, so that your room and a late meal are ready.
