Intercity & Long Distance in Salt Lake City, priced up front

The destinations around Salt Lake City are some of the most distinctive in the West: ski villages within an hour, desert national parks within a day, and Provo, Ogden and Park City right beside it. We offer fixed-price intercity transfers in a chauffeured SUV, equipped for mountain roads, so the drive is part of the trip rather than a chore before it.

Business district

Working days in Salt Lake City

Our chauffeurs work daily around downtown Salt Lake City and the Silicon Slopes corridor, with regular runs to the Salt Palace Convention Center, Temple Square, the Utah State Capitol.

Park City and the Cottonwood canyons are 40 minutes out, and canyon roads enforce traction laws in winter — all-wheel-drive SUVs with proper tyres are mandatory, not optional.

Corporate travel in Salt Lake City

Park City and Deer Valley

I-80 east through Parleys Canyon leads to Park City in about 40 minutes and to Deer Valley in a little more. Friday evenings in winter are the slow time, and snow can add to the delays. The chauffeur knows where to set down at the lodges, the Main Street shops and the ski-in properties, and you arrive at the right door rather than the nearest parking space.

Ogden and the north

Ogden, with Snowbasin and Powder Mountain nearby, is about 40 minutes north on I-15, and it is the access point for the Ogden Valley resorts, which host events in winter. Beyond that, Logan and Bear Lake are further, with long, dry roads in summer and winter weather in the cold months. We price each leg as a fixed transfer and advise on conditions at departure.

South to Provo and beyond

Provo is under an hour south, past the Silicon Slopes towns and Utah Lake, with Brigham Young University a regular destination. Beyond Provo, the Sundance area lies in the mountains behind, an hour or so from the city, and the road turns twisty. A chauffeur used to the route is a comfort on a winter evening return.

Moab, Zion and the parks

The national parks of southern Utah are long days from Salt Lake. Moab, for Arches and Canyonlands, is about four hours by road, and Zion is further still. A day trip is possible but demanding, so we usually suggest an overnight or a dedicated chauffeur for several days. We quote these runs individually and agree stops, hotels and return timing before you confirm.

Planning a long day

For longer journeys we agree departure, stops and probable return in advance. Fuel and normal waiting time are in the fixed price. The desk watches road conditions along the route, from I-80 winter closures to Soldier Summit snow on the road toward Moab, and we tell you early when the plan needs to change. Comfort stops and meal breaks happen where you want them.
