From Tokyo, Yokohama is about an hour, Hakone about 2 hours, Narita 1 hour 30 minutes and Haneda 40 minutes. Airport transfers in TokyoMinato Mirai, Chinatown and the Osanbashi pier are reached by the bayside expressway. Fixed fares make it simple to add a return, and the chauffeur can wait while you walk through the harbour district. Yokohama is also a convenient base for the cruise ships that call at the Osanbashi terminal. Tolls on the bayside route are part of the fare, so the chauffeur never needs to stop at a booth for payment in the way a hired car would.

Golden Week in late April and early May, the Obon holidays in August and the New Year break fill the expressways leaving Tokyo. During these periods, a trip to Hakone or Nikko can take much longer than usual. We quote with that in mind, advise a very early departure and offer a different day if the traffic reports are bad.
