Verbier is reached via Martigny and Le Chable, the last stretch a climbing road above the valley. In snow, chains or a shuttle may be needed, and our drivers handle both. Guests with ski equipment appreciate the door-to-door service, since the cable car at Le Chable is a short but awkward carry with bags. A shuttle can replace the last stage of the road in heavy snow, which is another reason for a flexible plan and winter tyres.
Courchevel is around two and a half hours away, through Albertville and Moutiers. The final climb is steep and often icy, so winter tyres and chains are essential. Arrivals at the Courchevel altiport are a separate arrangement that we can coordinate, with the SUV waiting at the strip. Altiport landings require separate permissions, and we help coordinate the SUV with your flight timetable if you plan to arrive that way.
Lyon is two hours by motorway, Annecy about forty-five minutes and Lausanne around fifty. These routes suit business trips and day visits. Summer weekend traffic around Annecy can slow things, which we factor into the quote, and we suggest lunch on the lake front if you have time to spare. Lunch stops on the lake front at Annecy are very popular, and we suggest an early table to avoid the lunch rush.
