Chauffeured SUV hire in Zurich

Everything included, in Zurich

Zurich runs on precision, and so does the way people move through it. Trains are punctual, trams are everywhere and the banking district around Paradeplatz is easier to reach on foot than by car. A chauffeur still earns his place on airport legs, with luggage, in the mountains and for anyone who needs privacy between meetings. SUV.LIMO provides an SUV-only fleet with vetted chauffeurs, flight tracking and a fixed all-inclusive fare, backed by a 24/7 desk.

Kloten to the lake in twenty minutes

Zurich Airport is in Kloten, about a twenty-minute drive from Bahnhofstrasse on a good day. The motorway links via the A1 and the Milchbuck tunnel into the city, and the afternoon peak can double that. Your chauffeur tracks the flight, meets you at arrivals with a name board and uses live traffic to choose between the city tunnels and the northern ring. Swiss customs and baggage are quick, so the car is usually ready before you are.

Paradeplatz, Bahnhofstrasse and the private banks

The core banking quarter sits between Paradeplatz, Bahnhofstrasse and the lake. Much of Bahnhofstrasse is tram and pedestrian priority, so private cars stop on the cross streets. Your driver arranges the drop-off at the bank entrance or the nearest side street and keeps the schedule moving between private-bank appointments, family offices and lunches at the Zunfthaus. Discretion is a given. Clients at the older houses are used to cars arriving at precise times, and we match that habit with early positioning around the corner.

Hallenstadion, the Messe and the event year

Hallenstadion in Oerlikon hosts concerts and sports, and Messe Zurich is next to it. In summer the Street Parade takes over the lake basin, in spring the Sechselaeuten guilds march through the centre, and in autumn the Zurich Film Festival fills hotels. Roads close and tram diversions apply on each occasion, so we brief drivers early and tell you the real drop-off point. We publish no fixed event timetable, because dates move yearly, so the desk checks tram and road closure notices a few days before every booking.

Davos and the World Economic Forum

In January the road from Zurich to Davos becomes a controlled corridor with police checkpoints during the World Economic Forum. Accredited vehicles pass more smoothly, and hotels in Davos fill months ahead. Normal transfers take about two hours, but in forum week the schedule depends on checkpoints and snow. We book those runs early, fit winter tyres and carry chains as standard. Rooms in Davos are scarce in January, and we can also help coordinate arrivals for guests who stay in Klosters or Landquart instead.

Lucerne, Basel and St. Moritz

Lucerne and Basel are each around an hour away on the Swiss motorways, and St. Moritz around two and a half hours through the Grisons, with winter mountain passes and tunnels adding variability. A chauffeur is a good choice in those conditions: he knows when the pass will be open, when the Vereina car shuttle backs up and when to leave earlier. Fixed fares include the motorway vignette. Return legs also work well as day trips, with a morning meeting in Lucerne and a late-afternoon departure to catch the evening flight.

Lake Zurich and the Goldkueste

The Goldkueste along the eastern shore, with Kuesnacht, Meilen and Rapperswil, is where many private clients live. Lake-shore roads are narrow, and the Seestrasse is slow at rush hour. For dinners and private events we plan the return so you are not stuck behind a tram, and the driver waits near the venue rather than in a car park. In summer the shore road is also busy with weekend traffic heading to the beaches and boat clubs, so we leave earlier than the map suggests.

The Zurich fleet

One silhouette. Four ways to travel.

We run full-size SUVs and nothing else in Zurich — the higher seat, the longer wheelbase, the cargo hold that swallows a family's luggage or a crew's equipment. What changes between classes is the finish, the space and the level of protection.

FAQ

SUV limo service in Zurich — questions

How long is the drive from Zurich Airport to the city?

About 20 minutes to Bahnhofstrasse outside rush hours, and up to 40 minutes at peak. The fare is fixed regardless of traffic. Early morning flights can reach the city in less time, and late evening arrivals are slower when the Milchbuck tunnel is congested.

Can you drive to Davos during the WEF?

Yes, but book weeks ahead. The corridor has police checkpoints and heavy snow risk, so we plan accredited vehicles and extra time. We keep several chauffeurs experienced with the January conditions available for this route, which is why early booking matters so much.

Do you handle the Swiss motorway vignette?

Yes. The vignette and all tolls are included in the fixed fare. The fixed fare therefore covers the vignette that Swiss motorways require, plus tolls and parking, and nothing is added at the destination.

Are your SUVs ready for winter?

Yes. Winter tyres and chains are standard for alpine runs. Our drivers also carry chains and check the road reports before each mountain departure, so you are not stopped at the foot of a pass.

Can the driver stop on Bahnhofstrasse?

Not on the tram-priority stretches. We use side streets and agreed entrances for the drop-off. Where a tram lane is shared with traffic, the driver simply chooses the next side street, walks the bags to the entrance and keeps the car legal.

Do you offer armored SUVs in Switzerland?

If your trip needs armored transport, we can arrange a B4 or B6 SUV with a vetted chauffeur when you request it ahead of time.
