Day trips to Neuschwanstein, Lake Tegernsee or Garmisch-Partenkirchen are popular. We plan around peak castle hours and weekend traffic on the A95, and the chauffeur waits while you walk, so you are not tied to a bus schedule or a parking meter.
On runs toward Innsbruck, Salzburg or the Alpine lakes, the weather decides much of the day. Chauffeurs check forecasts and traffic reports before leaving, and we add time in snow season. Ski traffic on Saturdays and holiday weekends can turn a 2-hour drive into 4, and we say so when quoting. For tight schedules we recommend leaving before dawn or after the Sunday afternoon rush on the A8 and A95.

For a trip to Salzburg or Garmisch we usually suggest an early start or a midday leaving time, and we say so when quoting.
